Helping Players To Stay Disciplined

There are times that discipline is needed because the team is not playing together as they shold and that is what Ijaz Butt has said about the players on their team. The Pakistan Cricket Board has recently disciplined some people for not playing together.

They said that they saw a new trend going on that they did not like. When on the tour for Australia you could tell by the body language that the players where not playing together but for themselves and they feel that this caused them problems during the game. They took some actions with the players that did this to hopefully send out a warning message to everyone.

On the team Muhammad Yousuf and Younus Khan both are now dropped from the team and they are not sure for how long yet. Rana Navedul Hasan and Shoaib Malik both where banned for at least one year and they find them both 2 million dollars.

They are hoping that the team takes notice of this and that they pull together and play as a team and not as individuals. Team spirit is important in a game like this and without it then you might lose the game.
