Peter Crouch is a unique kind of boss. He is putting his life on hold to help his team win the World Cup. He feels that his position at Fabio Capello's might not be in cement yet so he is doing everything that he can to help make sure that he gets it.
While Crouch is wanting to get married he is putting that off this summer and says that there will be no marriage yet. The World Cup to him is what is on his mind the most and to him the number one thing at this time. He said that when you are a kid you think about playing for England and even dream about it but sometimes you have a hard time believing in that dream and that is why he does not want to be side tracked.
Some say that Capello grudges the boss but he does praise him with saying that he is a very quiet and distant and feels he is the tactical Italian style type of boss. A lot of people feel a special aura about him. He demands respect when he goes into a room even though he does not say it.
