Afridi Should Not Be Punished Further For Ball Tampering

Imran Khan is a former Pakistan captain and feels that Shahid Afridi has been punished enough with ball tampering. When you play cricket he feels that it is just part of the game and you should not be punished as much as Afridi has been.

Mohammad Yousuf was absent and Afridi was leading during the fifth when they had the one day international with Australia. They had been watching him on camera and caught him trying to bite the ball. After being found guilty they banned him for two Twenty20 internationals.

A lot of people do not know that Imran was also in a court case that had been about ball tampering and he knows all about it and what people usually do when they play cricket. He knows that Afridi did indeed push the limit but just feels the punishment was to harsh and it should be lifted. Others think that if his punishment is lifted that he might repeat the mistake again and that it is a message to people not to do what he did with the ball. People are going to be watching him to see if he cheats again and if he does he might be fired from the team.
